TEXAS — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing San Antonio man who authorities say has a cognitive impairment and may be in danger.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, 76-year-old Jose Morales was last seen around 7 a.m. on June 3 in the 400 block of Northstar Drive in north San Antonio.
Police said Morales was on foot when he disappeared.
Morales is described as a white male with gray hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 4 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 116 pounds.
Authorities said he was last seen wearing a blue and green checkered button-up shirt and khaki pants.
The Texas Alert Network issued the Silver Alert after law enforcement determined Morales’ disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
Anyone who sees Morales or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the San Antonio Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 210-207-7660.
The search for Morales remains ongoing.
