GEORGIA — Police in Hampton are searching for a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since last week.
According to the Hampton Police Department, Sydney Burley was last seen on the night of May 27 in the area of Bluecoat Circle.
Authorities said Burley is 5 feet 5 inches tall. She was reportedly wearing plaid pajamas, a brown and red jacket, and a red shirt when she was last seen.
Police said they are actively investigating her disappearance and are continuing efforts to locate her. The department described the search as ongoing and said officers are “diligently working on locating” the teenager.
Officials did not provide details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance. However, police noted that Burley has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression.
