
TEXAS — A man was hospitalized after being stabbed during an altercation on San Antonio’s southwest side early Sunday morning, according to police.
The San Antonio Police Department said officers were dispatched around 2:30 a.m. to the 3800 block of South Zarzamora Street following reports of a stabbing.
Investigators said a 33-year-old man became involved in an argument with a 40-year-old man he knew. During the confrontation, the suspect allegedly stabbed the victim in the upper body.
Police said the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities have not released an update on his condition.
No arrests have been made, and the suspect remains at large.
The San Antonio Police Department continues to investigate the incident.
