
TENNESSEE — Thousands of utility customers across Tennessee are currently without electricity Saturday morning, according to the latest data from PowerOutage.us.
As of the most recent update, 4,263 customers are without power statewide out of more than 3.49 million tracked customers. The outages currently affect about 0.12% of customers monitored across Tennessee.
Loudon County has the largest concentration of outages in the state, with 2,107 customers without electricity. Shelby County reports 754 outages, followed by Blount County with 446. Campbell County has 152 customers without power, while Roane County reports 99 outages and Hawkins County reports 98.
Among utility providers, Lenoir City Utilities Board currently reports the highest number of outages, with 1,905 customers without service. Memphis Light, Gas and Water reports 754 outages, while Alcoa Electric Department has 389 customers affected. Loudon Utilities Board reports 206 outages, and LaFollette Utilities reports 165.
PowerOutage.us reports Tennessee currently ranks sixth in the nation for the total number of customers without power and 12th nationwide for the percentage of customers affected.
Utility crews are continuing restoration efforts as active outages remain scattered across the state Saturday morning.
