SOUTH CAROLINA — A Charlotte man wanted on an attempted murder charge was arrested in York County on Wednesday evening, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to reported police activity on Village Green Lane off Neely’s Creek Road around 9:50 p.m.
The sheriff’s office said deputies assisted the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department in searching for the suspect, who was taken into custody without incident.
Authorities have not released the suspect’s identity or details about the attempted murder charge at this time.
The investigation remains ongoing.
