FLORIDA — Three people were killed in a domestic violence stabbing early Thursday morning in Jacksonville’s Normandy Estates area, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Police said officers responded just before 4 a.m. to Exodus Way after receiving reports of a stabbing.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a stab wound. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died, according to JSO Lt. Chris Stephens.
Investigators said officers then searched the surrounding area and found another man and a woman dead inside a nearby home from apparent stab wounds.
Stephens said the three adults were related and investigators believe a fight may have occurred inside the home before one of the men attempted to get help from a neighbor.
Authorities said one victim was in his late 40s, another was in his 30s and the woman was in her 20s. Their identities have not been released.
