NORTH CAROLINA — A multi-agency drug investigation in Davie County led to three drug-related arrests and the seizure of methamphetamine, fentanyl, firearms and other narcotics, according to Sheriff JD Hartman.

The Davie County Narcotics Division, Davie County Criminal Investigation Division and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation assisted the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections with searches at several locations throughout the county.

During the searches, detectives said they found methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, Schedule II pills, two firearms and multiple items of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond Clay Snow, 65, was arrested and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a $3,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Davie County District Court on June 11.

Steven Bernard Fowler and Billy Ray Redmond Jr. were arrested in Cooleemee. Both men were charged with felony possession with intent to sell and/or deliver methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to sell and/or deliver cocaine, felony maintaining a drug dwelling and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities said Redmond received a $20,000 secured bond, while Fowler received a $15,000 secured bond. Both are also scheduled to appear in Davie County District Court on June 11.

Sheriff Hartman said a separate arrest happened while detectives were traveling to one of the locations connected to the investigation.

According to investigators, Jason Perry Henrickson Jr., driving a black Hyundai Tucson, allegedly passed a cement truck on a double yellow line along Junction Road and drove head-on toward a detective’s vehicle. The detective attempted a traffic stop, but authorities said Henrickson fled before crashing on Trestle Lane.

Investigators said Henrickson then ran from the scene on foot before he was captured following a pursuit.

Henrickson was charged with felony fleeing to elude and misdemeanor driving while license revoked. He was issued a $2,500 secured bond and is also scheduled to appear in Davie County District Court on June 11.
