FLORIDA — A person was critically injured Tuesday night in a suspected road rage shooting outside a McDonald’s in Palm Coast, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the shooting happened shortly after 10 p.m. at the McDonald’s located at the intersection of Palm Coast Parkway and Belle Terre Parkway in Palm Coast.
Investigators believe the shooting stemmed from a road rage incident.
One person was taken to a hospital with critical injuries, deputies said. A suspect was detained in connection with the shooting.
Authorities said there is no ongoing threat to the community.
No additional details, including the identities of those involved, have been released as the investigation remains ongoing.
