LOUISIANA — Louisiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 66-year-old woman from Monroe.
Authorities said Rosie Joiner was reported missing around 6 p.m. Wednesday from the 2000 block of Jackson Street.
Joiner is described as a Black woman with gray hair and brown eyes. She is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. Officials said she was last seen wearing a pink tank top, pink shorts and carrying a black purse.
According to state police, family members reported that Joiner has a medical condition that may impair her judgment. Investigators believe she may be traveling on foot in an unknown direction.
