
FLORIDA — A major crash shut down all northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Daytona Beach on Monday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. near the Interstate 4 interchange.
Authorities said drivers were able to slowly get by using part of the right lane while crews responded to the scene.
Motorists traveling northbound were advised to exit I-95 at Dunlawton Avenue to avoid heavy delays.
Officials have not released information about how many vehicles were involved or whether there were injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
