
NORTH CAROLINA — Three people were arrested following a drug investigation in Columbus County that led to the seizure of drugs, money, alcohol and guns, according to police.
The Fair Bluff Police Department said Belinda A. Tyler, Randy L. Dossie and Davon S. McRoy were arrested April 30 after officers searched a home on Center Street in Fair Bluff.
Police said Tyler, 47, is charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver Schedule II and Schedule IV controlled substances, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a dwelling for keeping or selling controlled substances and possession with intent to sell alcohol without permits.
Authorities said Tyler is being held at the Columbus County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
Dossie, 58, faces charges including possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, marijuana, Schedule II and Schedule IV controlled substances, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a dwelling for keeping or selling controlled substances and possession with intent to sell alcohol without permits.
Police said Dossie is also being held under a $50,000 bond.
McRoy, 28, is charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver Schedule II controlled substances and habitual felon status. Authorities said he is being held under a $150,000 bond.
“The Fair Bluff Police Department remains committed to addressing criminal activity within our community. This operation is a direct result of the continued support and vigilance of our citizens,” Fair Bluff Police Chief Chris Chafin said.
