NORTH CAROLINA — Hoke County authorities are searching for an 85-year-old man who was reported missing early Friday morning.
According to the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office, James Riley was last seen around 4:10 a.m. driving toward downtown Raeford in a blue 2020 Ram Big Horn pickup truck with North Carolina license plate LKV3958.
Deputies said Riley was wearing a camouflage jacket, black shirt and black pants when he was reported missing.
Investigators said Riley may be showing signs of cognitive impairment.
