FLORIDA — Detectives with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a deadly shooting in the Bloomingdale area of Hillsborough County.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded Thursday evening to Caliente Drive following reports of a shooting.
Investigators said deputies found a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Authorities have not released the identity of the victim.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation remains active and ongoing.
