OHIO — A man is in custody after allegedly firing multiple rounds from a hotel room Saturday night, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they were dispatched around 9:41 p.m. to the Mason Inn, located at 9735 Mason-Montgomery Road, to conduct a welfare check on a man reported to be experiencing a mental health crisis.
When officers arrived, they encountered gunfire coming from a second-floor room, with approximately 12 to 15 rounds reportedly fired, authorities said.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
The suspect was taken into custody shortly afterward at the hotel and identified as 39-year-old Seth Foresman.
Foresman is facing charges including improper discharge of a firearm, inducing panic, and using weapons while intoxicated.
He is currently being held at the Warren County Jail and is expected to appear in court for arraignment on Monday.
