GEORGIA — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Saturday morning in southwest Atlanta.
According to authorities, officers responded to a report of a person shot around 12:50 a.m. at 822 White Street SW. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a male victim suffering from multiple apparent gunshot wounds.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials have not released the identity of the victim, and no information has been provided about possible suspects or what led up to the shooting.
