OHIO — One person was taken to a hospital after a shooting Saturday afternoon in Youngstown, according to city officials.
Authorities said the shooting happened around 1 p.m. in the 200 block of Redondo Avenue.
A spokesperson for the city said the victim was transported to a hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident and are asking anyone with information to call 330-746-CLUE.
Officials said the scene has been secured and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
