MARYLAND — A Maryland lottery player is $50,000 richer following the latest Powerball drawing held Monday, April 20, 2026.
The winning numbers for the drawing were 9, 17, 36, 47, 64, with a Powerball of 26. The Power Play multiplier was 3x. While no one matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, one ticket sold in Maryland matched four of the five white balls plus the Powerball to win the $50,000 prize.
The estimated jackpot at the time of the drawing stood at $87 million, with a cash value of approximately $39.7 million.
It was not immediately known where in Maryland the winning ticket was sold. Lottery officials typically release retailer information after verification of the prize.
