MISSISSIPPI — Police responded to a report of a death early Friday morning at an apartment complex in Gulfport, authorities confirmed.
Officers were called to Stonegate Apartments on 21st Street shortly before mid-morning after residents reported emergency activity in the area. A section of the complex was cordoned off with police tape as first responders worked at the scene.
The Harrison County Coroner, Brian Switzer, confirmed that one man was found dead. At this time, officials have not released the man’s identity or provided details about the cause of death.
