OHIO — An Ohio Lottery player is holding a winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 following Saturday night’s drawing.
The winning numbers drawn on June 6 were 16, 32, 55, 59 and 64, with the Powerball number 3. The Power Play multiplier was 3x. The jackpot for the drawing was estimated at $213 million, with a cash value of $95.0 million.
While no ticket matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, one ticket sold in Ohio matched four white balls and the Powerball to win a $50,000 prize. Lottery officials have not yet announced where the winning ticket was purchased.
The Powerball jackpot now rolls over after going unclaimed in Saturday’s drawing. Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Ohio players are encouraged to check their tickets carefully and sign the back of any winning ticket before claiming a prize. Additional details about the winning ticket are expected to be released by lottery officials.
