NEW JERSEY — A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in New Jersey for Saturday night’s drawing, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers for the May 23, 2026 Powerball drawing were 4, 16, 41, 48, 66, with the Powerball number 26. The Power Play multiplier was 2x. The estimated jackpot for the drawing was $132 million, with a cash value of $58.1 million.
Officials said the New Jersey ticket matched four white ball numbers and the Powerball to win the $50,000 prize. The ticket did not include the Power Play option, which could have doubled the winnings.
No jackpot winner was announced for the drawing.
Lottery officials have not yet released where in New Jersey the winning ticket was sold.
