
WISCONSIN — A large-scale drug bust in Eau Claire led to the arrest of 22 individuals Friday morning, according to local authorities.
The operation was carried out around 9 a.m. by the Western Central Drug Task Force, Eau Claire Police Department, and Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers executed a coordinated raid on a known drug house in the 1100 block of Barland Street.
Of those arrested, 19 were booked into the Eau Claire County Jail. The remaining three were released with court summonses.
Authorities say those arrested face a range of potential charges, including maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer, probation violations, and outstanding warrants.
The investigation is ongoing, but police say no additional suspects are currently being sought.
