Jefferson and Lewis Counties: The advisory remains active until 7 PM Thursday.
An additional 1 to 3 inches of snow is anticipated, accompanied by wind gusts reaching 45 mph. These conditions are likely to make travel difficult, especially during morning and evening commutes.
Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie Counties: Residents should expect continued snowfall through 7 AM Friday, with an additional 4 to 8 inches possible.
Wind gusts could also reach up to 45 mph, increasing the risk of isolated power outages due to downed tree branches.
