ILLINOIS — A $500,000 winning Powerball ticket was sold in Illinois following the Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025 drawing, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers drawn were 11, 18, 21, 24, 38, with a Powerball of 26. The Power Play was 10x, which increased several non-jackpot prizes for players who selected the optional feature.
No ticket matched all six numbers to claim the top prize, which carried an estimated jackpot of $64 million and a cash value of $29.5 million.
The Illinois ticket matched four numbers plus the Powerball with the Power Play, resulting in the $500,000 prize. Officials have not yet released details on where in Illinois the ticket was sold.
The jackpot will roll over to the next drawing, giving players another chance to win in the multi-state Powerball lottery.
