TENNESSEE — A Tennessee Lottery player won $50,000 in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing, according to lottery officials.

The winning ticket matched four of the five white balls plus the Powerball number in the Dec. 27, 2025, drawing. The winning numbers were 5, 20, 34, 39, and 62, with a Powerball of 1. The Power Play option was 2x, which did not apply to the $50,000 prize.

Lottery officials did not immediately release the location where the winning ticket was sold, and the identity of the winner has not been made public. Winners in Tennessee are allowed to remain anonymous under state law.

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday night’s drawing was estimated at $21 million, with a cash value of approximately $9.7 million. No ticket matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, meaning the top prize will roll over to the next drawing.

Powerball drawings are held three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday nights. Tennessee Lottery officials remind players to sign the back of their tickets and to claim prizes within the required time frame.
