MARYLAND — A 57-year-old man was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Christmas Eve morning in Baltimore County, according to police.

Baltimore County Police Department said officers responded to a reported vehicle collision around 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 24 in the area of Carroll Island Road and Dunsmuir Circle in the Bowleys Quarters community.

Investigators determined that a 2005 Buick LaSabre was traveling northbound on Carroll Island Road when it crossed the center line and collided with a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado.

The driver of the Buick was identified as Robert Gaydos. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Police said the driver of the Chevrolet Silverado and a juvenile passenger were also taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
