OHIO — An Ohio Lottery player is celebrating a major win after claiming a $1 million prize in the latest Powerball drawing held Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025.
The winning numbers drawn were 4, 5, 28, 52 and 69, with the Powerball number 20. The Power Play option for the drawing was set at 3x.
While no ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot, at least one ticket sold in Ohio matched all five white balls, earning the $1 million prize.
Lottery officials have not yet released details about where in Ohio the winning ticket was purchased or whether the winner has come forward to claim the prize.
The Powerball jackpot continues to grow after no jackpot winner was announced. The next drawing is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, with an estimated jackpot of $1.60 billion. The cash value option for the top prize is estimated at $735.3 million.
