SOUTH CAROLINA — A 20-year-old man was killed Saturday evening in a crash involving a dirt bike and an SUV in Greenville County, authorities said.
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office responded to the scene just before 6 p.m. at the intersection of Augusta Road and Grove Reserve Parkway in the Piedmont area. Officials said the collision involved a dirt bike and a sport utility vehicle.
The rider of the dirt bike, identified as Aubrey Jamal Holloway, 20, was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner’s office said an autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Greenville County Coroner’s Office are jointly investigating the crash. No additional details about the circumstances of the collision have been released.
