GEORGIA — Macon Regional Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in locating a Bibb County man wanted on several felony charges. Authorities say 29-year-old Anthony D. Wood is currently being sought by law enforcement in Georgia.
Wood, who is identified as a Black male standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 176 pounds, is wanted on multiple offenses.
Those charges include first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal damage to property, fraudulent checks, theft by deception, theft by taking and a Superior Court violation of probation.
Crime Stoppers reports that anyone with information regarding Wood’s location can submit an anonymous tip. The organization offers rewards for information that leads to an arrest. Law enforcement encourages residents not to approach the suspect and instead report sightings immediately.
