SOUTH CAROLINA — A driver was killed Monday night in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 85, according to the Anderson County Coroner’s Office.
Troopers say the crash occurred just before 8:25 p.m. near mile marker 38. The vehicle was traveling north when it veered off the right side of the highway and struck a guardrail. The driver died at the scene.
Authorities have not yet released the victim’s name.
The crash remains under investigation.
