ALABAMA — A Huntsville man is facing multiple charges after police say he forced his way into a house and assaulted a resident early Saturday.
According to Huntsville Police, 21-year-old Felipe Trujillo went to a home on James Madison Drive armed with a handgun. Investigators say he entered the residence and assaulted a person inside while demanding money. The suspect left before officers arrived.
Police initially responded to what was reported as a harassment call. Trujillo was later located on Dunn Drive and taken into custody. The victim did not require medical treatment, authorities said.
