
PENNSYLVANIA — A pedestrian was struck and killed by a passenger bus in Harrisburg on Saturday afternoon, according to a spokesperson for PennDOT.
The collision occurred around 4 p.m. at the intersection of Cameron and Market Streets.
Cameron Street was closed following the accident as Harrisburg City Police responded to the scene and began their investigation.
No additional details about the victim or the circumstances surrounding the crash were immediately released. The roadway is expected to remain closed while authorities continue to process the scene.
