OHIO — Logan County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening just after 6 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 130 and County Road 37, just outside Huntsville.
According to investigators, 43-year-old Cory Hilman of Bellefontaine was driving a 2015 Ford Transit southbound on County Road 130 when a 2006 Acura TL entered the intersection without stopping at the posted sign.
The Acura, driven by 18-year-old Brandon Hutton of Huntsville, struck Hilman’s vehicle.
A passenger in Hilman’s vehicle, 24-year-old Chloe Speakman of Bellefontaine, was transported by Huntsville EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
Hutton was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device. The roadway was closed briefly while crews cleared the scene, and both vehicles were towed.
