ALABAMA — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a Miami man who was last seen in Enterprise on Sunday.
According to the Enterprise Police Department, 37-year-old James Louis Hatcher was last spotted at the Publix Shopping Center on November 30.
He is believed to be driving a black BMW with Florida tag DV06PA.
Hatcher was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black tennis shoes. Police said he suffers from severe PTSD and may be in need of assistance.
