NORTH CAROLINA — Raleigh police arrested a man on Thanksgiving Day after he was accused of stabbing a dog.
Herbert Kearney, 59, of Raleigh, was charged with felony cruelty to animals.
According to an arrest warrant, Kearney is accused of stabbing a 10-month-old German Shepherd on Thursday.
The warrant does not state whether the dog survived the incident.
