INDIANA — The Indiana Department of Corrections is seeking Tyler Foreman, a 5-foot-10, 130-pound Caucasian male with brown hair and blue eyes, in connection with a parole violation. Foreman’s original conviction was for criminal recklessness.
Foreman has been officially wanted since November 25, 2025, and authorities are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
Individuals who may have seen him or know where he is located are encouraged to contact law enforcement immediately.
Information can be reported anonymously through Michiana Crime Stoppers or the Indiana Department of Corrections.
