OHIO — One person was killed in a crash early Thanksgiving morning in Cincinnati’s Price Hill neighborhood.
Cincinnati police were called to West 8th Street around 1 a.m. Thursday for a report of a two-vehicle collision.
According to investigators, the driver of a Ford Escape was traveling east on West 8th Street when the vehicle struck a 2012 Acura that was heading south.
The driver of the Acura was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the driver of the Ford fled the area on foot after the crash. Investigators are looking into impairment and speed as possible contributing factors.
