OHIO — A man was shot in the back while driving Thursday night near East Judson Avenue and Rush Boulevard, police reported.
Officers responded around 11:30 p.m. after a gunshot sensor alert. They discovered a crashed vehicle and shortly after located the victim along with another man who had been in the car.
Police said neither man has been cooperating with investigators, according to Chief of Detectives Capt. Jason Simon.
The victim was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where he is being treated for his injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
