SOUTH CAROLINA — A 17-year-old Edisto High School student from Cordova has died following a car accident in Orangeburg County.
Jaida Gooden was pronounced dead after a crash on November 19 on Riley Road. According to the Orangeburg County Coroner, Gooden died from multiple blunt force injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office are investigating the crash.
No other information has been released at this time.
