WEST VIRGINIA — Several Harrison County schools will close early on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, due to a planned power outage, according to district officials.
Lost Creek Elementary School, South Harrison High School, South Harrison Middle School, and West Milford Elementary School will all dismiss students at 12 p.m. Monday.
The district said the scheduled outage will affect these facilities throughout the afternoon, prompting the adjusted schedule.
No additional impacts were announced, and normal operations are expected to resume once power is restored. Parents and guardians are encouraged to plan accordingly for the early pickup.
