VIRGINIA — Authorities have issued a Senior Alert for a missing man, according to the Virginia State Police.
The Smyth County Sheriff’s Office reported that 65-year-old Timothy Whitehead was last seen Saturday, November 15, at noon on the 100 block of Ridgefield Drive in Marion.
Whitehead is described as a white man, 5′11″, weighing 131 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair. He may be wearing a brownish-gray shirt and khaki or green pants, and is believed to be traveling on foot.
Police say Whitehead suffers from a cognitive impairment, and his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
