OHIO — One person was hospitalized after a shooting early Monday morning in Dayton.
Emergency crews were called to the 300 block of Burkhardt Avenue at about 5:10 a.m. for reports of a shooting, according to a Montgomery County Regional Dispatch sergeant.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with injuries that were considered non-life-threatening, the sergeant said.
No further information, including the circumstances of the shooting or any suspect details, was immediately available. The incident remains under investigation.
