
SOUTH CAROLINA — A Greenville County man was arrested Wednesday following a long-term investigation into an illegal drug distribution network, according to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies executed two search warrants during the investigation and seized approximately 5 ounces of fentanyl, 1.1 pounds of cocaine, 110 grams of marijuana, two firearms — including one reported stolen — and $2,754 in cash.
The sheriff’s office said the items were found in a bedroom at a residence on Sumner Street.
Ladale Kashior Bell was taken into custody and faces multiple charges, including trafficking fentanyl over 28 grams, trafficking cocaine over 400 grams, two counts of possession with intent to distribute within a half-mile of a school, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession of a weapon by a violent felon, and possession of a stolen weapon.
Bell remains in custody as the investigation continues.
