PENNSYLVANIA — Authorities are investigating after a man was found shot to death inside a car Tuesday morning in Wilkinsburg.
Police were called to the 1600 block of Penn Avenue around 7:36 a.m. and found a man dead inside a vehicle.
Investigators identified the victim as 21-year-old Quaylyn Carter of Monroeville. He had been shot multiple times, according to police.
The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is assisting Wilkinsburg Police with the investigation.
