ARKANSAS — The Wynne Police Department arrested three individuals on drug-related charges in separate incidents Monday, authorities said.
Just after midnight, 33-year-old Cain Hess was stopped during a traffic stop. Officers said they found opioids, methamphetamine, marijuana, and assorted drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.
Hess was booked into the Cross County Detention Center on multiple charges, including possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and other controlled substances with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations, and driving on a suspended license.
A passenger in Hess’s vehicle, 29-year-old Morgan Baker, was also arrested and booked on the drug-related charges and permitting an unauthorized person to drive.
Separately, 34-year-old Jerome Roberts was taken into custody around 10 p.m. Monday on an outstanding warrant for felony cocaine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
