PENNSYLVANIA — Traffic is heavily backed up on Interstate 83 Thursday morning following a multi-vehicle crash, authorities report.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation says northbound lanes are blocked near Market Street in East York.
Drivers are advised to use alternate routes while crews work to clear the scene.
No injuries have been reported so far, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
