SOUTH CAROLINA — The Mauldin Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered woman.
Police said 51-year-old Heather Skipper was last seen around 7:11 a.m. Wednesday at 9 Orient Drive. She is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 250 pounds, with short brown hair.
Skipper was last seen wearing blue jeans and a purple shirt with the word “thrive” written in yellow. According to police, she is intellectually disabled and has multiple mental health conditions.
