
FLORIDA — A crash on U.S. Highway 29 Sunday night left one man dead and three others injured, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 8:10 p.m. near Woodbury Circle when a southbound car traveling at a high rate of speed crossed the median and collided with a northbound SUV.
The 28-year-old woman driving the car was taken to Sacred Heart Hospital in critical condition. Her 30-year-old male passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
The SUV’s occupants, a 72-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman, were also hospitalized and are listed in serious condition.
