
TENNESSEE — A Campbell County Sheriff’s investigation led to the arrest of a Speedwell woman Monday after drugs, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm were found during a search of her home.
Investigators executed a narcotics search warrant at 360 Powell Valley Shores, where they discovered what was believed to be methamphetamine, digital scales, a Ruger SR9C handgun with live rounds, and a glass smoking pipe, according to the sheriff’s office.
The primary suspect, 55-year-old Tammy Lou Lewis, is a convicted felon from Kentucky and was also wanted in Claiborne County.
Lewis told investigators she had sold small amounts of drugs. She was charged with possession, sale, delivery, or manufacture of a Schedule II drug, possession of drug paraphernalia (a felony), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. Lewis remains in the Campbell County Jail on no bond, pending her court date.
A second person at the residence, 36-year-old Nina Ladonna Harp-Irvin of 217 Back Valley Road, Speedwell, was charged with Schedule V drug possession. Harp-Irvin was booked and released on bond.
