SOUTH CAROLINA — A Conway man has been arrested in connection with a burglary that occurred last month.
Chad Lamar Long, 37, was charged with first-degree burglary, according to booking records. Officers responded to a reported burglary on Highway 65 in the Conway area of Horry County on September 26 around 7:13 p.m.
According to the incident report, Long entered the home through a bathroom window, and signs of forced entry were found.
A 9mm handgun, an Amazon Echo device, and approximately $70 in cash were reported stolen. Surveillance footage reportedly captured part of Long’s actions.
Long is being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
