
OHIO — Cincinnati Police District Four is asking for the public’s help in locating Cornelius Williams, 37, who is wanted on charges of felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence.
Authorities said the incident occurred on August 9, 2025, during a domestic dispute in which Williams allegedly choked and struck the victim in the face.
Police have described Williams as a Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has no known prior criminal history and was last known to live on Eastlawn Drive in Roselawn.
Williams has been wanted since Oct. 2, 2025. Officials urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted anonymously to help ensure public safety and bring Williams into custody.
